RETURNS / CLAIM:

Claims for shortages and damages must be reported to Point Act within 72 hours of receipt of merchandise, we will credit only the cost of goods.
We do not accept any returns, all sales final.
TOYS / RC TOYS -- No warranty, all sales final.
PLASTIC GEARBOX ELECTRIC GUNS -- No warranty, all sales final.
SPRING PISTOLS / RIFLES / SHOTGUNS -- No warranty, all sales final.
CHINESE METAL GEARBOX ELECTRIC GUNS -- We offer 7 days gearbox limited warranty which covers manufacturer defects.
GAS POWERED GUNS -- We offer 30 days limited warranty which covers manufacturer defects.
ICS / SRC Series GUNS -- We offer 30 days limited warranty which covers manufacturer defects.
Limited warranty does not apply to breakage or malfunction due to accident, improper handling, abuse, or poor maintenance. Any modification / alteration on the gun will void this warranty.
Limited warranty covers labor repair on the same product, no cash back. If the customer wants to exchange a defective gun for a different model, there will be a 30% restocking fee. If we find that parts are broken due to mishandling instead of manufacturer defect, we will charge extra for repairing the gun.
